Peer Review Process
Journal of Public Sector Perspectives (PENJOR) publishes four times a year in in February, May, August, and November. The Board of Editors and Reviewers, both internal and external, peer reviews all articles.
This journal's peer-review process begins with internal and external Board of Editors or Editorial Board reviews of the Author Guidelines or article writing guidelines and journal template. Experienced editors examine publications for Author Guidelines and Journal Templates. The editor fills up the evaluation results form or gives notes next. The editorial staff then returns the article to the author for change based on the Board of Editors' review if it still does not fit the Author Guidelines or Journal Templates.
Turnitin similarity checking was also studied by the Editorial Team. After meeting editor team requirements, articles are reviewed by the reviewer. Editors send manuscripts electronically to internal and external reviewers.
Internal and external peer reviewers evaluate the article's content, providing authors with comments and input on the status of arts and other important topics. A single blind review is followed by a double blind review. The article's content is ethically reviewed and critiqued objectively. The reviewer argues clearly. In reviewing this journal, the reviewer's personal criticism of the author is unethical.
The reviewer must clarify the significance of legal documents, concepts, theories, and past relevant studies used by the author to evaluate and analyse. The reviewer must also find significant reading materials and study outcomes not referenced by the author.
The entire review is done electronically. After the peer review process from the reviewers is complete, the Journal Editor decides which articles to publish based on the results of the initial review from the editors team.
